Incidents & notifications

Declare, activate plans, notify and acknowledge.

Declare an incident with a severity and an optional linked plan — the plan's procedure steps become a live task checklist. Use the command center to post SITREPs, work the checklist and keep a timeline.

Notifications

  • Email notifications are sent to every responder — never a silent failure, with each send recorded against the incident.
  • Each message carries a one-tap acknowledgment link: I'm safe / available / unavailable.
  • Run a drill anytime — drill messages are clearly marked TEST.
