Do you charge for everyone in my company?

No. Contributors (process owners answering BIAs) and responders (people acknowledging alerts) are free and unlimited. You only pay for the people who manage the program.

What happens when my trial ends?

You move to read-only grace mode — you can still export everything. We never hold your continuity plans hostage. Subscribe to resume editing.

Where is my data hosted?

In the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted at rest, with full export and delete available at any time.

Does it work during an outage?

Yes — offline PDF exports, wallet cards and a read-only break-glass mirror mean your plans are reachable even when systems are down.
